The "Karl Balling" restaurant chain is a gastronomic concept that combines European culinary traditions with an innovative approach. As part of the project, three restaurants were launched in Moscow and two or more in Kazakhstan, including the well-known establishments "Bierhaus" and "Russian Feast."

The project encompassed the full cycle of restaurant creation from scratch — from concept development and location selection to staff recruitment, training, marketing campaigns, and operational management.
